The perfect DIY sled kit for most any table saw! Build your own custom sled, tailored to your table saw dimensions. The sled is completely customizable and can be adapted to fit most saws, except RYOBI models. It works with standard 3/4 x 3/8 slots (which most saws do), making it suitable for job site, contractor, and cabinet saws. While some claim to use "UHMW" material, most are a cheap grade of plastic that is difficult to mill and typically sized incorrectly. Our USA-made real UHMW material is superior quality, allowing us to mill them to a higher tolerance.

Measure Twice, Purchase Once: Before making your purchase, we recommend measuring your table saw miter slots to ensure they fall within the required dimensions. UHMW bars will not fit RYOBI table saws.

UHMW bars are most commonly used as runners for crosscut sleds, as they don't produce as much friction as wood and won't expand or contract like wood during weather changes. Each bar is approximately 3/4" x 3/8", fitting most standard table saw slots. UHMW bars are also slick and won't leave any residue, dust, or shavings behind like wooden bars.

The tracks included in this kit are made from solid extruded aluminum, manufactured in the USA. Each track is cut to length for the perfect sub-fence on the crosscut sled. The included knob and bolt allow for a simple stop block, which can slide the length of either track along the sub-fence, enabling you to make repetitive cuts without constantly moving and measuring the fence distance.

We have also included a full-color, detailed how-to guide book to assist you in the crosscut sled building process. Each kit comes with 2 each 19" long by 3/4" by 3/8" UHMW bars, 2 each 12" long mini tracks, 1 each knob, 1 each 1/4" by 20 tpi bolt, and a guide book.
