The fully adjustable bench provides for a wide range of upper body workouts. The 2019 updates include added press arms settings, angled stainless steel weight horns, and improved padding material.

Driven by a roller system that incorporates sealed bearings and nylon-reinforced wheels, the high tensile strength Olympic Bar provides the ultimate in smoothness, stability, and safety. The 2019 Roller Smith Machine now comes with stainless steel weight horns.

Adjustable spring-loaded safety catches give the user the confidence to further customize their Roller Smith Machine. The optional Workbench-Utility Bench and Lat Tower Option (WB-LTO16) can be added, allowing users to expand their home gym and perform an even wider variety of exercises. The WB-LTO16 requires a "Lat Tower Option Connector" (WB-LTO13-RS12-CN) to connect with the Roller Smith Machine (sold separately).
